Questions

Does Soheil ever hold my funds?

No. Soheil finds the route and prepares the transaction; you sign it in your own wallet. Funds move directly between your wallet and the bridge or exchange contracts.

Is Soheil a decentralized exchange (DEX)?

Soheil is a DEX aggregator: it compares prices from dozens of decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and bridges and shows you the best route. Like a DEX, it is non-custodial: you trade from your own wallet, with no sign-up and nothing deposited with us.

How is the best route chosen?

Each quote compares bridges and exchanges for your exact pair and amount, then ranks the options by what you receive. Only when two routes are practically equal for you (a difference of a few hundredths of a percent) may the one that pays our service fee be listed first. You can pick any route, not only the top one.

What does a swap cost?

You pay the network cost of each transaction and any bridge or exchange fee shown in the route. When a service fee applies, it is listed separately before you confirm. Swaps between two stablecoins and large trades pay a lower service fee, your level discount comes on top, and a wallet's first trade can be free. All rates are on the fees page (/fees/).

Which networks are supported?

84 networks, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Tron, Bitcoin, TON, HyperEVM, Hyperliquid, Bittensor, NEAR. The full list is on the networks page.

Which wallets can I use?

EVM networks: MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or any WalletConnect wallet. Solana: Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. Bitcoin: Phantom, Xverse, Unisat or OKX Wallet. Sui: Slush, Phantom or another Sui wallet. TON: Tonkeeper or another TON Connect wallet. Tron: TronLink. Cosmos networks: Keplr or Leap. Some networks need no wallet at all: you send to a one-time deposit address.

Who provides the routes, and can I verify Soheil?

Routes come from LI.FI, Relay, Symbiosis, NEAR Intents, Rango, KyberSwap, Hyperlane, Jupiter, STON.fi Omniston. Soheil has no smart contracts of its own; the partners' contracts, our fee wallets and recent verified trades with explorer links are on the trust page.

Is this token safe?

Before you sign, Soheil Guard checks the token you receive and labels it in plain words: whether it can be sold again, what its creator can still do with it, and who holds it. It is free and runs on every trade. It is a check, not a guarantee: no check catches everything, so the choice stays yours. How it works is on the Soheil Guard page (/guard/).

What are XP and levels?

Every verified swap and bridge earns XP, and weekly quests add more. Levels lower the service fee on routes that have one. XP has no monetary value and is not a promise of any token.

What happens if a bridge transfer is slow?

Cross-chain transfers usually settle within a few minutes. The status is tracked until the funds arrive; if a bridge is delayed, your funds stay in its contract until it completes or refunds.
