Non-custodial: your funds never pass through us

• Soheil never holds your funds or keys. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet and goes straight to the partner's contracts listed below.
• Soheil has no smart contracts of its own. It compares routes from established partners and builds the transaction for you to review.
• Token approvals are always for the exact amount of the swap, never unlimited. You can review or revoke approvals at any time with revoke.cash.
• Every approval is checked by our server before your wallet sees it: the contract to approve must be the one the transaction calls, or one the partner lists below. A partner API naming any other address is refused, and we are alerted.
• Every route shows its steps, the partner and tools it uses, the minimum you receive, the network cost and our fee before you sign.

Partners, contracts and fee wallets

Every route, deposit, loan and limit order goes through one of these partners. Where a swap always calls the same contract, it is listed here; otherwise the partner's documentation lists its contracts, and your wallet shows the exact contract before you sign. Our fee wallets are public so anyone can follow what Soheil earns.

Fees

• The amount shown on a route is what you receive after the partner's fees: bridges and exchanges price their costs into the quote.
• The network fee (gas) goes to the network's validators, never to Soheil, and is shown before you sign.
• Soheil's service fee is a small share of the amount, shown as its own line ("Service fee") on every route that carries one, and is paid inside the same transaction to the fee wallets above. Higher levels pay less; some routes carry none.
• Routes are ranked by what you receive. A route that pays us more may only lead when it is practically equal for you.
• Our rates, the lower rates for stablecoins and large trades, and the level discounts are all on the fees page, read from the same settings that price every quote.

Security

• Transactions are built on our server only from the quotes it produced; a changed request cannot alter amounts, recipients or fees.
• Jupiter swaps on Solana are checked instruction by instruction before you sign, and Bitcoin transactions are checked so they cannot send more than the quoted amount.
• Our API keys stay on our server, every outside service has a usage budget, and the server runs with minimal permissions.
• These protections come from our own security reviews. They are not a third-party audit; the partners' contracts are audited by their own teams (see their documentation).

Risks

Soheil is non-custodial, but every swap still uses third-party protocols and remains subject to smart-contract, bridge, liquidity and market risk. Prices can move between the quote and the transaction (your slippage setting limits this), a transaction can fail and still cost network fees, and bridges can be delayed. Only trade amounts you are comfortable with. See the terms.
